What is Unlyra?
A private chauffeur house in Mumbai, run the way a fine hotel is run. You reserve; a person confirms in writing; the fare is settled and does not move; a sarathi — our word for a chauffeur trained to host — is answerable for the whole journey.
How do I book?
On WhatsApp at +91 81202 86868, or on the
reservation page. A person replies in writing between 7 AM and 11 PM with the exact fare and the car. A secure link settles the fare and holds the car.
Do I pay before or after?
Before — the reservation is held once the written fare is settled, by UPI, card or bank through a secure link from the house. Journeys beyond the city and the Command, Limousine and Marque classes are held with half, the balance seventy-two hours before. Nothing is asked of you at the end.
Is toll included?
Yes. Every toll, fuel, parking at both ends and GST are inside the written figure. Nothing is added on the day.
What if my flight is late?
We track it and re-time the car at no charge. Forty-five minutes after a domestic landing and sixty after an international one are complimentary.
How long does a quote hold?
Twenty-four hours, or two hours for a journey inside the next twenty-four. A lapsed quote is simply written again. The house does not negotiate a written figure.
What if I need to cancel?
Inside Mumbai, Signature and Premium: free more than twenty-four hours before; half inside twenty-four; the full fare inside twelve or on a no-show. Command, Limousine, Marque and every journey beyond the city: forty-eight and twenty-four hours. The whole of it is on

What if you are late?
Beyond ten minutes, a fifth of the fare returns to your wallet; beyond forty-five minutes, half — up to ₹2,500 on a journey. Not on a notified festival day, and not for a road the city has closed.
Can I choose the car?
Choose the class — Signature, Premium, Command, Limousine or a Marque car quoted in writing. The class you confirm is the class that comes.
Is Unlyra safe for a woman travelling alone at night?
It is built for exactly that: every sarathi police-verified and named to you with his photo; decline any sarathi at no cost; share the journey in one tap; stop at any point and pay nothing for the journey so far; after dark he waits until your door closes.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes — a parent, a guest, a colleague. Add their name and number; we greet them by name and send the details to them too.
Can we stop on the way?
Of course. One stop is complimentary — up to five minutes inside the city, fifteen on a long road. Further stops at the published rate, told to you before a clock starts.
