The house writes you one figure before anything is held, and that figure is what you pay. Here is everything inside it, what is never added, and the little that lies outside — always said first.
I
One figure, written first
Before anything is held, the house writes you one figure for the journey. That figure is what you pay. Nothing is added on the day, and no meter runs.
II
Everything inside it
Your sarathi, the fuel, every toll, parking at both ends, GST, the waiting the house gives you, the water, the chargers, the umbrella — inside, never itemised.
III
Told before, never after
If something lies outside the figure — a stop you add, an hour more — you are told what it costs before the clock starts or the car turns. Never on an invoice afterwards.
Inside every figure
The car and your sarathiThe class you confirmed, clean, cooled and on commercial plates, with your sarathi beside the chauffeur.
Fuel, tolls, parking, GSTEvery toll on the route, parking at the pickup and the drop, the airport's parking through the complimentary wait, and the tax.
WaitingFifteen minutes everywhere; ninety after a domestic landing and two hours after an international one, counted from the gate — longer still for Command, Limousine and Marque. The house waits.
One stop on the wayFive minutes in the city, fifteen on a long road — longer for Command, Limousine and Marque.
The cabinSealed water, charging for every seat, an umbrella and a towel in the rain, a blanket, a child seat, a laptop tray, the medicine box — the house, not extras.
A long roadOn a day beyond the city: tolls, parking, permits and your sarathi's meals.
Never added
No surgeNot on a rainy evening, not at midnight, not when the city is busy.
No booking or convenience feeAnd no charge for a sarathi you decline, and nothing at all if the house cancels.
No charge for helpThe walk to your door, a wheelchair in the boot, an arm for your mother — part of the journey.
No tip, no ratingYour sarathi cannot accept money and will never ask you for a review. The house asks a guest for nothing.
What lies outside — always told first
A figure is for the journey it was written for. What lies outside it is short, printed on the rate card, and said to you before it begins: waiting beyond the time given, a stop or an address not in the figure, hours beyond those reserved, and the night, festival and same-day rates on the rate card — only the highest of these ever, never two together.
If money comes back
A refund that is owed returns to the account, card or UPI it came from, within seven working days, with a written note of the sum — never as a coupon. The cancellation policy is one page.
