Some guests would rather the journey made no noise at all — for the planet, for a child asleep in the back, or for the pleasure of a car that moves like a thought. The house has them: an electric seven-seater at the Premium figure, and two electric saloons of the first rank as Marque cars. Ask by name; the rest is the house as always.
Seven seats, no sound, no smoke, and a range that covers a day in the city twice over. Sent as the Premium car when you ask for electric.
The 7 Series with no engine: the long rear seat, the cinema screen that folds from the roof, and a silence that even the 7 Series could not manage. A Marque car, written for the journey.
The electric S-Class: the lowest, smoothest car the house sends, with a rear cabin built to be driven in. A Marque car, written for the journey.
Ask for electric when you reserve. The eMAX 7 comes as the Premium car, at the Premium figure on the rate card; the i7 and the EQS are Marque cars, written for the journey. Every electric car leaves charged for the day you have named and the margin beyond it, and for a journey beyond the city the house plans the charge before it plans the route. If an electric car is not free on the day the house says so and sends the quietest car it has — a hybrid Innova or Camry — never a lesser one.
Before an electric car is named the house sees its registration, its permit, its commercial insurance and its fitness certificate, and meets the chauffeur who comes with it. Only a car on commercial plates carries a guest of the house. The sarathi rides with you; the partner's chauffeur drives.
