Lost the reference?

It is on the WhatsApp message or the email you sent, and on the page that opened after the form. If it is nowhere, write to the house from the number you gave — a person answers in writing, 7 AM to 11 PM. Guests with My Unlyra see every journey there.

Do I need an account to see my journey?
No. Your reference and the mobile you reserved with are enough. With My Unlyra you see every journey at once.
Where is my reference?
On the WhatsApp message or email you sent the house, and on the page that opened after a form. It begins UNL- for a journey, CAR- for a car, SAR- for an application to drive, PRT- for a partnership.
Can someone else see my journey with my reference?
Not without the mobile you gave. The reference alone shows only that it exists and where it stands; the car, the sarathi and the fare need your number.
How often does the status change?
As soon as the house writes it — the fare, the car held, the car and sarathi named. Look again whenever you like.
