By the hour

The car at your disposal, by the hour.

Inside Mumbai the house reserves the car by the hour — two at the least — and the hour is yours: three meetings across the city, a morning of errands, a wedding day from the parlour to the mandap, an evening out with the car waiting at the door. Ten kilometres are carried in every hour; the figure is written before you leave.

2 h

A morning, an errand

Two hours at the least for the Signature and Premium cars. The car waits; nothing runs at a signal.

4 h

Meetings across the city

Four hours is the working half-day: BKC to Nariman Point to Worli, with the cabin a quiet office in between. Command and Limousine are reserved from four hours.

8–12 h

A wedding, a day

A whole day with the car and sarathi — the parlour, the house, the venue, the guests who need fetching — one written figure, extra hours only at the published rate.

Inside every written figure: the car, your sarathi, fuel, every toll, parking at both ends and GST. Nothing is added on the day, and no meter runs.

What the hour carries

Ten kilometres in every hour, inside Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Beyond that, kilometres are at the published rate and your sarathi tells you before they begin. Between 11 PM and 6 AM the published Night Care rate applies; on notified festival days, Festival Care. Only the highest of any such rate is ever charged, never two together, and each is already inside your written figure.

Reserve by the hourSay how many hours. A person replies with the car and the figure.

Questions guests ask

What is the minimum booking?
Two hours for the Signature (Innova Crysta) and Premium (Hycross) cars; four hours for Command, Limousine and Marque.
How many kilometres are included?
Ten in every hour, inside Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Extra kilometres at the published rate, told to you before they begin.
Does the car wait between meetings?
Yes — that is what the hour is for. The car and sarathi stay with you; there is no waiting charge inside a reserved block.
Can I extend on the day?
If the car is free, yes, at the published hourly rate; your sarathi confirms with the house before the extra hour begins.
Is an 8-hour, 80-km package available?
The house writes it as eight hours with eighty kilometres inside, from the rate card — the same thing, in writing.
