In their words

We never ask. Sometimes people tell us anyway.

The house has one rule about praise: it is never requested. No rating at the end of a journey, no link in a message, no card on the seat asking for five stars. What follows is what guests have chosen to say on their own — and where they chose to say it. It is short, because we are new, and because we would rather it stayed true than grew long.

GOOGLE

Where Mumbai looks first

Our Business Profile on Google carries whatever guests have written there, unedited, and the house replies to every word — the kind and the unkind alike, in its own name.

TRUSTPILOT

Where a review cannot be bought

Trustpilot verifies that a review comes from a real journey and publishes it whether or not we like it. That is why we chose it, and why we do not send invitations through it.

"If a journey was beautiful, you will say so yourself, to whoever you like, in your own words. If something was not right, say that to us first, and louder — that is what the unsigned page is for. Either way, nothing on this page was asked for, and nothing on it was paid for."

What we will never do

Ask for a rating. Offer a discount for a review. Write one ourselves, or have one written. Reply to a bad one with anything but the truth and an apology where one is owed.

What we do instead

Read every word, once, carefully. Fix what can be fixed, the same week. Tell the sarathi when he has been praised by name, in front of the house.

If something was not right

Tell the house first — unsigned, if you prefer — and it is looked at within the day. A public review is yours to write; we only ask to have heard it before the world does.
