With care

Travelling with care.

Some guests need a little more of the house — a wheelchair, a slower step, a voice instead of a message. Tell the house once, and it is how every journey begins.

I

A wheelchair or a walker

A folding wheelchair or walker of your own travels in the boot. Say so when you reserve and the house sends a car with the room and a low step — the Carnival or the Vellfire, whose sliding doors open wide.

II

Parents, and the slower step

The sarathi comes to the door, not the kerb; carries the bag; offers an arm; waits until your mother is seated and her belt fastened. No hurry is ever shown.

III

Sight, hearing, and quiet

Written confirmations for a guest who hears little; a call, not only a message, for a guest who sees little; the cabin kept quiet, the route described if you wish.

Tell the house once

When you reserveA line in the note — "a wheelchair", "my father walks slowly", "please call, do not message" — is read by the sarathi before he leaves. In My Unlyra it is kept, so you never write it again.
An assistance dogA guide or assistance dog travels with its guest. Tell the house when you reserve, so the car carries a cover and water.
At the airportIf the airline brings your parent out by wheelchair, the sarathi meets them where it does, and walks with them to the car.
Never charged as extraThe time it takes to help someone into a car is part of the journey, not a cost added to it.

This website

The house builds this site to be read by everyone: text that resizes, colours with strong contrast in both the night and the day appearance, every image described, every form usable by keyboard and screen reader, and nothing that moves when you have asked your phone for less motion. If anything here is hard to use, tell the house — it is put right, and you can reserve on WhatsApp or by a call in the meantime.
