From Mumbai the house goes anywhere the road goes. A day beyond the city is quoted as a day, in writing, with the tolls, the fuel, the parking and your sarathi’s stay already inside it. He rests on the long road — twenty minutes in every three hours, for water and his eyes — and that rest is yours to count on.
A day beyond the city is quoted as a day. Tolls, fuel, parking, the sarathi’s meals and night halt are inside it. Nothing is added at a toll plaza.
II
Half holds the car
Journeys beyond the city are held with half the written fare and the balance seventy-two hours before — the way a fine hotel holds a room.
III
The road, known
Your sarathi has driven the road before. He knows the second road when the first is closed, the clean washroom at the right hour, and where to stop for tea that is actually good.
Inside every written figure: the car, your sarathi, fuel, every toll, parking at both ends and GST. Nothing is added on the day, and no meter runs.
As a day, from the published rate card, with a distance allowance inside it; the figure is written before you travel and includes tolls, fuel, parking and the sarathi’s stay. Extra hours or kilometres, if any, are at the published rate your sarathi tells you before they begin.
Does the sarathi stay overnight?
Yes. His night halt and meals are inside the figure. He will not drive more than the hours the law allows, and he rests twenty minutes in every three.
Can I book one way, Mumbai to Pune?
Yes. A one-way journey is written as one figure; you are not charged for a return you do not take.
Which car goes outstation?
Any class. The Hycross hybrid is the house’s own choice for a quiet road; the Fortuner for the ghats in the rains; the Carnival for a family with luggage.
What if we want to stop on the way?
Say so. One complimentary stop of up to fifteen minutes on a long journey; more stops are welcome at the published rate, and your sarathi tells you before a clock starts.
