Everything the house asks of you, and everything it promises you — in one place, on your own phone. Nothing here is watched. It is yours.
Who carries
The Five Vows
I. The guest is received by name, with a namaste — never just picked up.
II. I never ask for ratings, tips, or praise. What is offered freely, I accept with grace.
III. The cabin is the guest’s room: no calls, no smoke, no questions they didn’t invite.
IV. The door, the umbrella, the bags — and I wait until their door closes.
V. As I serve the guest, the house serves me. I am answerable, and I am protected.
Words that open doors
“Namaste, {name} ji. Main aapka sarathi hoon.”
“Koi jaldi nahin — aaram se.” (There is no hurry — take your time.)
“AC theek hai? Gaana badal doon?” — then silence, unless invited.
“Main rukta hoon jab tak aap andar na chale jaayen.” (I’ll wait until you’re inside.)
And at the end, always: “Shukriya. Safar acchha rahe.”
My documents
Photographs of papers can also be sent to [email protected] — the house files them for you.
The house reminds you before anything expires — amber at 30 days, red when it must not drive.
My day’s book
Your own quiet ledger — rides carried, money collected. No one sees this but you.
A word to the house
Reached? Done for the day? Something wrong? One tap — the founder reads it himself.
Guests safe first · hurt? call 108 · police 100
Then the house: +91 81202 86868 — any hour, no blame on the phone.
Photos of everything · no fault-talk at the scene · the house stands with you.
Car trouble mid-journey? Stay with the guest — the next sarathi comes to you, never the guest to him.
