— We will never request an OTP, a UPI collect approval, or your card details — not by message, not on a call, not ever.
— We will never ask for a deposit to “hold” a car.

Fixed fares mean there is never a reason for us to ask you for money in an unusual way. If the request feels unusual, that is the whole signal — you do not need to be an expert to spot it. You only need to know that we have one door, and it is this one.
