On WhatsApp the name Unlyra carries Meta’s verified mark beside it. The house takes a reservation on that number alone; a conversation without the mark is not ours, however familiar the words.
A reservation is held once the written fare is settled. The link for it comes only on WhatsApp from +91 81202 86868, only against a written quote you already have, and only to an account in the name Unlyra. It carries the figure you were quoted and nothing else.
We will never send you a payment link by email, and never ask you to pay to a personal name or a personal UPI.
We will never ask you to install a file or an app to receive a refund. A refund goes back to the account it came from, without you doing anything.
We will never request an OTP, a UPI collect approval, or your card details — not by message, not on a call, not ever.
Your sarathi will never ask you for money — not a fare, not a toll, not a tip. Anyone in a car who does is not us.
