You have planned the hotel, the table, the flight. The hour after landing is the one you cannot be there for — and the one your client will mention when they are home. The house takes that hour as seriously as you would, and writes to you first.
The confirmation names your client and you. The sarathi's name and photograph reach you both the evening before. What your client prefers — the temperature, the music, the language, the cases — is kept, with their consent, so the second journey begins where the first ended.
Every confirmation is copied to you; if anything changes on the road, you hear it from the house before your client has to tell you. A person answers in writing between 7 AM and 11 PM India time, and the road is watched at every hour.
The house writes to your client only about the journey. It never markets to them, never asks them for a review, a rating or a tip, and never quotes them a figure of its own. You choose whether the invoice comes to you or to them.
Every journey is written as one figure before it is held. The terms on which the house works with an advisor — how you are invoiced, how far ahead, what happens if a journey is cancelled — are written to you in a letter, signed, and kept. They are never published, and the house does not bargain over them once written.
A sarathi inside arrivals with a board in their name; a car on commercial plates, cooled, with water and a charger; the waiting rule and the punctuality promise written into the journey; the Marque cars for the occasion that wants one; and anything else arranged in writing, by one person answerable.
Write to the houseOr email [email protected]. A person replies within a working day, with the terms in writing.
