The complaint people make most about airport cars in Mumbai is the figure that changes — the parking at the end, the toll "not included", the night rate, the wait. The house removes every one of them by writing the figure first, with all of it inside.
The car, your sarathi, fuel, every toll, airport parking at both ends and GST. The airport's own charges for a commercial car waiting are the house's, not yours.
You see the figure in writing before you confirm. A quote holds for twenty-four hours, or two for a journey inside the next day; a lapsed one is simply written again.
Your sarathi carries nothing and can accept nothing — not a fare, not a toll, not a tip. Nobody asks you for money in the car, at any hour.
By card, UPI or a card issued abroad, through Razorpay. A business can be billed monthly on a statement.
Only what you change: a stop you add beyond the one that is included, a longer wait beyond the house's own, a second car you ask for. Each is told to you before it begins, never found on the invoice. If the house is late, the figure goes the other way — a fifth of it back beyond ten minutes, half beyond forty-five, up to ₹2,500, on the terms set out in the terms.
Because the honest figure depends on the car, the hour, the terminal and the address, and a figure written for your journey is worth more than a number written for nobody's. Fares explains how the house writes them.
