For car owners

A car that waits in a parking bay.

A car that stands all week — at the office, in the society, in a basement you pay for — still costs its owner. If it is a car the house's guests ask for, it can work instead: licensed, paid for every journey, and the house carries you too.

I

Paid for every journey

Instead of standing, the car works with the house. Each journey is paid at a figure agreed in writing before the car moves, the same day it ends — nothing kept back that the agreement does not name.

II

The house carries you too

For every month your car carries eight or more journeys for the house, you may ask for two journeys the next month, within Mumbai, with a sarathi — written into the agreement, with its limits.

III

Licensed, always

A car carrying a paying guest must be commercially registered, permitted and insured for it. The house arranges that change for a car that is right for it. A car on a white plate never carries a guest of the house.

Three roads, by what you want

Your car is already on a yellow plateIt can join as a partner car straight away, with your driver at the wheel and a sarathi of the house beside him. List your car.
Your car is private, and of the house's classesThe house arranges the change to a licensed tourist car — paid by you, or advanced by the house and recovered from the car's journeys. From private car to partner car.
You would rather keep it privateThen it stays yours alone: a sarathi can drive you in it whenever you would rather not, and the house can look after it while it stands. A sarathi for your own car · For car owners.

Between journeys

The car comes back to the place you name — your bay at the office, your society, your basement — or rests where the house arranges near its work, as you prefer and as the agreement says. Parking and tolls on a journey are the house's, never yours. It comes back clean and photographed, and your family's own use of it is never restricted.

The owner's journeys, plainly

Bend the plateA private car never carries a guest of the house — not once, not for a friend of the house, not at a wedding.

Questions guests ask

Can my parked car earn with Unlyra?
If it is of the house's classes and commercially licensed, or willing to be, yes: each journey is paid at a figure agreed in writing before the car moves, the same day it ends. The house never promises how many journeys or a monthly figure.
My car is private. Can it carry guests now?
No. A private car cannot lawfully carry a paying guest, and its insurance may not cover it. The house arranges the change to a licensed tourist car for a car that is right for it — paid by you, or advanced by the house and recovered from the car's journeys.
Does the owner get rides?
Yes, within limits written into the agreement: for every month the car carries eight or more journeys for the house, two journeys the next month, within Mumbai, one way, up to twenty-five kilometres each.
Does Unlyra take a deposit?
Never. The house does not ask an owner for a deposit, hold an owner's money or pool money from owners.
